Just trying to understand the deliberate pulling down of just the back of the pants below their ass. Why not own the fashion and wear their pants at the ankles?

It began as prison code. Wearing your pants off your butt means you’re dtf. In prison it depends if you’re doing the fucking or if you’re someone’s bitch. In the seventh grade I grew up and bought a damn belt.

Nah. It started because they didn’t give inmates belts or drawstrings because they could be used as weapons.
