I turn on my ceiling fan, the standing fan, both on high. Then I’ll have a white noise machine going. First few weeks I needed ear plugs.

Two weeks and you won’t even notice

you’ll probably get used to it, but you can try white noise and fans and stuff if you want! also, supposedly loop earplugs has good sleeping earplugs that drown out a lot of noise

you’ll tune it out. can always get ear plugs or play white noise while you’re adjusting
