This is not ok, you can’t pursue multiple people at a time. That’s cheater behavior. Treat people with respect and give them your sole attention if you are truly interested in them. If you can’t choose you shouldn’t tell any of them. You should be able to only pick one

I think you've been cheated on before, so your opinion is biased. I don't disrespect them, I've been nothing but transparent with everyone. I don't owe them anything but honesty. I think you think I'm toying with them in some way and that isn't the case. I have a crush of 3 people I didn't say I've married all 3. So please be helpful or don't bother responding.
