Casual is the keyword there and you can't get more casual than your phone. just get a photo app that doesn't have all the ugly iphone photo postprocessing and AI effects

LOVE digital cameras! The vibes are totally worth it. You can find cheap ones on marketplace it doesn’t have to be a big fancy one either. The small boxy ones are perfect

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I loveee photography, but my Canon’s flash broke a while ago. Also I fear my taking & editing skills have gotten too good for my liking that they’re making all my Insta posts look editorial. I just wanna be candid and naturally pretty in my posts this year 😭

Yeah true, but I wanna get into social media as a job if I’m able. Again, not sure if that’s gonna happen, but I wanna try.

Honestly even in that case, a phone is still a better investment since you’ll use it for all that kind of stuff whereas a camera would only be useful for photos. The newest iPhone definitely has a high enough quality camera for just about anything you’re going to use it for for now.
