Anyone got any ideas what I can snack on since I only eat once daily? I just snack on carrots and cucumbers with ranch. I want something healthy

Rice cakes are a good option with lots of flavors and they make little chip sized ones too 😋

dice up fruit with nuts (like walnuts or almonds) and a little honey

Anything with peanuts/peanut butter, string cheese, cheese and crackers, pistachios, jerky
