How the fuck do you lean bulk on meal plan? I’m not eating powdered eggs and sugar processed yogurt for breakfast and I keep getting served 1/4 cup of rice when I ask for “as much as I’m allowed please”
Never met someone who got “fat” off of unprocessed foods. The fiber and protein will fill you up but the cals are pretty low so go ham.

I would add in processed shit in the event you get leaner than you’d like or are having trouble reaching ur cal goal but you have to be a little more strategic if you go that route. A combo of both is ideal in my book
