I think it’s more stupid than anything. You only hurt yourself by rejecting someone you were into. Self sabotage is stupid asf. You also shouldn’t be upset at the oriole who rejected you. They were kind enough to be upfront instead of lying to you & leading you on. Next time do what’s in YOUR best interest.

Sounds p manipulative if you squint at it. I think if they were posting about this same scenerio and they said you were doing that, most people would say to move on.
