Is it even possibly to be employed without a drivers license?? I cannot drive ever bc of a medical condition I have sooo I don't know how I'm going to get to and from places I work at...

Yes usually they just need it for document stuff so you can submit a non driving state ID. Otherwise it’s just proof of reliable transportation, you can assure that is other ways

Yes, as another that can’t drive for medical reasons. It’s hard but yes. I walk if it’s less than 2 miles and other than that I uber. But the job has to pay good enough for me to still have money after ubering. Sometimes I get friends, partner or others to drive me instead. If you can look into your cities bus routes, if you can walk to bus route then helps a lot. Usually you just need to buy the card.

I’d honestly recommend just living in a walkable city, or try your luck at a downtown government job, there’s likely bus routes that go to the government buildings. Mini city-like walkable communities within larger cities are becoming more of a thing, I know there’s some in AZ being developed tho I will say AZ as a whole requires a ton of driving
