Prior to the current algorithm it would mean that he was trying to lyk that he’s thinking of you. Currently tho, sometimes the feed shows stuff from two or three weeks ago if you don’t log in regularly. It shows them because you previously interacted with those pages frequently so it thinks ur more likely to interact with them vs a newer post from someone you rarely interacted with before the break. Unless it’s several (3+)months old, it’s probably nothing. But also yk him so go with ur gut!
