Find the reason of your anxious attachment first, dig deeper and figure out why, if you know why everything else will lead

It can be a temperament since birth. If that, then it’s harder to improve. But maybe keeping an item of theirs in pocket would make u feel better

literally the only answer is therapy or being emotionally intelligent and self-aware enough to control your own emotions (which almost no one can do)

In in therapy. And we’re working on my self control. I’m painfully self aware and it tends to make me feel the emotions 10 times more which makes it even harder

Ok. Correct me if I’m wrong. I can be mad that he drove RIGHT PAST my apartment going back to his college from home. Without stoping by, after saying he would, because he can’t find his cat (he adores his cat) and he’s super upset and doesn’t want me to see him like that. Mind you we haven’t see each other in 2 months because of school.
