From a pageant girl whose had to lose weight quick: - fruit and water (really hydrating fruits: watermelon, grapes, strawberries) - intermittent fasting (eating between like 12-7ish, give yourself a 7-10 hour window to eat with 14 hours of fasting, including sleep) - upping how active you are everyday - try to be in zone 2 heart rate for at least 30-45 minutes a day. Zone 2 is 60-70% of max heart rate! Max heart rate is 220- your age - prioritize fiber and protein!!!!

Quick weight loss may work in short term but trying to loose weight quickly in a very short window and backfire and many gain all the weight back plus even more so be careful!

~2,000 calories and ~10,000 steps every day. Or ~14,000 steps every weekday so you can be lazy on the weekends

intermittent fasting + calorie deficit i stop eating at like 7-8 don’t eat till 2 or after the next day and try to stay around 1200 cal lost about 15 pounds in a bit under a month

I suggest this being a last resort. 90 percent of the time cutting down calories will be effective alongside exercise.
