
From a pageant girl whose had to lose weight quick: - fruit and water (really hydrating fruits: watermelon, grapes, strawberries) - intermittent fasting (eating between like 12-7ish, give yourself a 7-10 hour window to eat with 14 hours of fasting, including sleep) - upping how active you are everyday - try to be in zone 2 heart rate for at least 30-45 minutes a day. Zone 2 is 60-70% of max heart rate! Max heart rate is 220- your age - prioritize fiber and protein!!!!
