ah I'm sleepy I read it wrong. There is no longer a pathway for immigration legally. When people are detained it's a violation of their human rights by keeping them in unsanitary conditions and without proper hearings. A proper hearing could be an opportunity to vet someone, like before Bill Clinton's administration people were only deported if they committed a serious crime here or abroad.
