I’m strictly anti killing in nearly every area, partly as a Catholic, but also because I understand the complexity of living and the workings of a persons mind. I don’t believe there are flat out evil people either, even though there are many people who do evil things

I think people like them are horrible people for their continued and great evils, but the thing is that they are still capable of repenting/changing. Outside of my religiously biased point of view though, yeah, if my beliefs aren’t taken into account they are pretty evil lol

I’m sane and educated aswell. Things are absolutely unforgivable in life, genocide can never be forgiven on this earth. What repenting is in it’s entirety is *genuinely* understanding one’s own fault and asking for divine forgiveness, therefore accepting the sacrifice that had been done for all. It is genuinely feeling they did wrong and wishing to make it better. Work must be done on earth to make it to heaven regardless, so being forgiven does not immediately just allow them into heaven

Do actual research into philosophies and catholic teachings before you wish to just label me as insane. This has been debated over dozens and dozens of generations by some of the greatest minds of their times. Divine forgiveness feels like it’s too much because it is far more than any of us would be willing to, and it shows the care and love we undeservingly recieve

My words were quite literally that none of us should forgive them. They should be jailed or killed. I am also saying that divine forgiveness is there, in my original statements I literally made the distinction that without my religious perspective, they are evil and unforgivable. I don’t hate you nor do I really disagree with the morals behind what we are saying, we just have differing views after death and that literally has no bearing on you. I am not attempting to fearmonger nor am I excusing evil people, i’m just stating my beliefs. I assure you if I could I would be an atheist, nothing after death seems so much better than heaven to me, but I know for a fact that it is true from my own experiences

Evil christians using the bible to be homophobic, to defend hurting women, and the list goes on. I don't believe in any of it anymore for very good reasons and it's not a single one, it's a plentiful amount.

One thing i’m grateful with is the Catholic churches logical and progressive view compared to many other christian sects. I know there are many issues in catholic churches too, but yeah there are lots of people that use the bible to defend their hate and frankly sinful behavior

Many Christian’s struggle to convey the faith correctly, and it can lead to false teachings. I don’t know what your experience is, but what I can tell you is from the Bible, and it says that to love all sinners, enemies, and that anyone can be saved. Showing hate or hurting woman is not in the Bible, and anyone who convinced you it was is wrong.
