They make you lazy. Suppress your emotions. Make you more quick to jump the gun. The cons outweigh the pros in almost every aspect. The minute you’re looking for validation to support the addiction is the minute you’ve lost yourself. I would know because I’m in that position currently and striving the break it (weed not vapes) vaping is just dumb in general. As an athlete i could tell the difference when I was vaping vs when I wasn’t
