Not an awful life. Consider if you want a relationship because dating gets harder as you age but if you’re not looking for a relationship that’s not wrong. Make sure you find something in your life that gives you meaning though. For most it’s a family but for some it’s something else. The only danger is If it’s nothing, that can be dangerous for a long time.

Well. Just living your own life and shopping with friends is a fine way to live. The only thing to consider is if you actually want a romantic relationship because that becomes much harder the longer you wait. And life needs meaning, most people aren’t fundamentally happy with just living, they need to do something important. For most that’s raising a family but if you’re not interested you should consider if you want something else.
