So he’s been like this for 2 years? If that’s the case, I’m sorry to hear that dude. If it was a shorter time period (think like a few months MAX) I would say he could just be going through a hard time or something but if it’s been like this for 2 years and he hasn’t responded positively to constructive criticism (if you gave any) then I think it might be time. I’m so sorry.
