I mean, yeah. It’s not the end all be all, but yeah. For example, my physical type (which is more of a theme, if that makes sense) is pretty loose but exists. And then there’s the personality qualities I find attractive. I don’t need both, but they do matter to me

I’m ngl I don’r rly care if a guy is buff or not. Muscle doesn’t make him more attractive to me as long as he’s not overweight

the strict “types” that women have are pretty confusing from a male perspective (not that those preferences are invalid!) because, at least for me, I don’t actually have an analogue to that. It also (at least for rejection averse people like myself) makes finding a date more difficult, since it’s impossible to know what someone’s “type” is just by looking at them. thank you for sharing, to be clear none of the above is criticism of any kind 🙏🙏

Personally no, if it shows you care enough to take care of yourself and there’s an attraction between us, then ur set

Personally ill never understand why people have “a type” dating is about getting to know different people, not constantly going for the same ones lol that’s why those tend to never work

true, and I guess there are men who are strict about “types” too, I shouldn’t have generalized
