“i got the job from my dad, im a nepo baby! i work right under my father and it was super easy getting the job” (he also said something about there being no competition)

I personally believe the job market for people with bachelor’s degrees in Business Management is oversaturated. Universities produce large numbers of business graduates every year, but the number of desirable, well paying jobs available to them aren’t really growing at the same rate. Many graduates compete for the same entry level positions, and some end up working in jobs that do not require a college degree at all.
