Vulgar, though funnily enough the origin of the word is not vulgar. It is a shortened version of the word “pusillanimous” meaning cowardly.

hi! whats your source? because merriam webster dictionary says that actually "pussy" as a vulgarity is derived from the low germanic word for bag, and on their page for the etymology of pusillanimous it goes out of its way to say that the word is not related to pussy. and even if it was, id argue its evolved to a point where it's much more colloquially synonymous with female genitalia than "pusillanimous", so to to use it as an insult is still sexist.

i don't mean to attack you, but your sentiment is one i've seen before and i feel like it's one used to kind of sidewave the casual misogyny of language in a way that's deserving of being unpacked :)
