Please just go for it and talk to them. As an attractive woman who is often admired from afar but hardly ever approached, I would find the confidence alone very attractive. In a world full of scared men, you can easily set yourself apart. Just try it.

Attractive women get complimented often enough for it to not mean anything from a stranger. Break through the noise by just talking to her like she’s an old friend, women like that are receptive to it and are usually easier to talk to once you display competence/confidence
