Doesn’t work, I’ll never be able to quit. And that helped get thru the cravings. The first two weeks are the hardest. Then it’s just consistency atp. The ritual of smoking is harder to kick than the drug imo. Once the cravings are gone, smoking still sounds fun. After 8 months I don’t really miss it much and life is a lot better.
