does anyone else think its so odd how many racist people are commenting on love island? Idk if they even realize the racial prejudice when they are commenting and posting those things, but its so obvious from a neutral perspective

let me clarify i am not talking about just one race doing this i mean all of them are. why is there so much negative commentary about the contestants on this show? do people not understand how overly produced and edited reality tv is?

One thing I’ve noticed is a lot of criticism around the AAVE or other slang used, especially by the black cast. To be fair, they all sound like they were bred for Tiktok, but, for example, splits girl says idiotic stuff constantly, but it’s commented on less and she is white. But when the black cast members say something not in “proper” English, they get called uneducated online.
