yes, a lot of gf products are very crumbly. i eat Franz GF Brioche Bread and i think its super good!

Is this less crumbly? I’m really struggling with this new diet as someone who ofc loves bread and pasta

it’s much less crumbly in my opinion! it comes as long loafs so i just cut each slice in half to make a sandwich
