I haven’t talked to my best friends in a while. I feel guilty about it and miss them but I don’t know how to talk to them again. One of them just had a baby that I haven’t even met. Idk how to apologize to them. Like will they accept it or hate me.

And that would be fine if it was just a few days or a week but it’s been months. Especially when I’ve missed a lot of milestones in their life. I want to send a genuine apology but nothing I type out feels right or good enough. I would be so mad if the roles were reversed and my friend just sent a simple hello.
