battery powered or electric handheld fans (about $15 or less on Amazon), soy sauce packets in case of absolute emergency because yuck, pickles or pickle juice if you like pickles, Epsom salt baths, taking extra time to get up if I’ve been sitting for too long because I’ll be damned if I faceplant

I didnt mean for it to come across as hostile! I was mostly joking. My actually opinion is that the case has nothing to do with regular people with POTS. People make wild claims to get out of crimes all the time, this is no different. I’m not really involved in the online POTS community and even I’ve been asked about the case as if I’m supposed to have studied up just because my medical condition was mentioned in a doc lol. I think a lot of people are just sick of hearing about it.
