when my mom was a baby/toddler, her mom was bathing and and her brother SHOVED A WRENCH up her cooch. i only found out about it bc it was one of her pieces of evidence of how abusive her MOTHER was. not her brother, bc her mom tried to shame her for that for the rest of her childhood, even though it wasn’t her fault, bc it was her “losing her purity.”

My mother inherited a million dollars when I was pretty young and blew it all in a couple years, my dad was devastated.

Friend who I’ve known since middle thought he was adopted his whole life. His parents divorced last year and he found out his mom just cheated and got preg so she was his bio mom the whole time they just didn’t wanna tell him.

Found out a friend I had in middle school had raped his stepsister 3 times. Only found out when she told me about it a few months ago. They kept him in special ed classes in school for sex addiction issues and other “problems” that I had no fucking clue about and nobody told me otherwise

My former boss went to prison. Super charismatic and kind guy. Young like 30s Irish/jewish. It was for a white collar crime. I think he likely was set up to take the fall by his older business partner. Other guy had a New York hustler (almost gangster mobsterish) vibe about him.

I had left the company several months before btw and only found out second hand from a long time employee so I don’t remember all the details like his specific crime. I just felt shocked cuz like idk he was SUCH a good boss tbh. Like shockingly so. Would buy us breakfast just because, talked to EVERY employee. Super great guy and great family. I hope he’s doing ok and will bounce back after serving his time!

me too!!! those were his actions as a young child, and though his behavior has much improved, he’s definitely still the token “creep uncle” in our family.

i’m sure the same way all these “credit card billionaires” (i love that term btw) rack up a ton of debt. a nice car, high end clothes and accessories. though it sounds INSANE to the average person that one could spend that much, it’s actually incredibly easy believe it or not 💔
