U get a refund if it was purchased directly w a card otherwise (like via travel agent or vouchers or sum) then you have to wait till they go thru the bankruptcy process. Also think Frontier is doing “rescue fares” rn for spirit people so u might be able to rebook for cheap w them

The other terminals are nice and newly renovated. But they have one terminal dedicated to Spirit and it’s like you’re backed in a can Rolf sardines. All the seats might be taken so you’ll have to sit in the floor next to the trash for 2 hours cause it’s the only available space. Never had that problem at the other terminals.

other airlines started offering flights @ comparable rates and it ate into their profit margin. so over the last couple years they drained cash reserves to keep the business running as a going concern and to make *even lower * pretty much running @ a loss and the deficit finally caught up to them where they could no longer stay in business. they have shareholders to pay/answer to. they’ll sell all their assets and payout to the preferred stockholders
