Wanting a complex gay love story is completely fine and understandable. Expecting one to come from a guy who has never been shown to have any romantic feelings at all towards other men just because he’s in a close friendship with someone who is gay is where the mental illness comes in. There’s never been a single moment where Mike’s straightness has been in question to any degree. On the other hand, Will has had hints dropped about him being gay since the first episode.

It’s not that the didn’t die but they didn’t even get hurt fighting a 300 foot monster and vecna when they struggled so much to fight Henry and the mini dogs before and I think it ended way to quick. I just thought it was super unrealistic.
