nah, ts would add up in cost, esp if u get the star on it (so u can travel with it) every time, thats extra money

I’m referencing driving proficiency tests that could keep the license valid without renewal or then invalidate driving privileges depending on pass/fail. Too many idiots on the road who need to get back to driving classes or not have driving privileges.

Oh! I was thinking of a system like with professional licensure where they recertify and maintain it, but it lapses if something happens.!
