All I did was go in a calorie deficit eating a lot of protein low carbs besides before practice. Using ChatGPT to track it. I play wheelchair basketball so that helps. But I also cut out alcohol completely and pop for the most part and drink mostly water.

Ik it was difficult for me and I still drink it but I mostly drink flavored water so I personally use gfuel. But I drink soda like once every other week maybe longer
