Imo it’s an investment! You buy the supplies once and get to do your nails for as long as you have them. It’s also a nice way to spend time away from your phone and be creative 🩷

get a boujee nail glue and cheap press ons and prep your nails really well

Trying to do your nails yourself is definitely cheaper, you may spend a little at first but that’ll last you for so many sets that it definitely pays off. If not press ons are also an option. I personally do gel nails on myself. I haven’t in a while but I did so for a good about 2 years.
