take pre-workout, prob not the healthiest but the ants crawling in your skin will drive you crazy if you don’t go

actions come before feelings. start getting ready for the gym without thinking about it. you’ll start to feel the momentum. if you wait for motivation it will take forever and you’ll miss time that you could’ve spent getting big.
