
Start small. Don’t try some overloading keto diet day one. Just try eating one fruit a day for a week. Then u add try drinking only water for another week plus the fruit, then u add a simple breakfast. It’s like learning how to juggle. You start with one, then 2, then 3, within a year you can juggle like 7 things at once. Your diet is the same.
make the change gradually. it’s not an “all or nothing” thing. you shouldn’t jump into anything either, start slowly cutting calories or cutting out certain problem foods/drinks, even better if you replace them with alternatives. the biggest thing is to not give up if you have a bad day or two, thats going to happen, especially at the beginning, and it’s okay.
