What about “hey this has been a really hard decision but I think we should breakup. I just can’t take waiting for days on end for you to respond to me. The effort is not there and I don’t think I deserve something so one sided. It’s emotionally draining and exhausting. I appreciate the time we had and you’ll always hold a special place in my heart but I think it’s best for us to end things now before they get worse.” I don’t think yall should be friends imo it’ll only be hard to forget abt him

Honestly I was in the same position with a guy bc technically we were “dating” but it did not feel like it. We got together right before summer and went months mid distance but he slowly kept not talking to me and I waited around hoping to see him change but it never happened and he ended things before I could

Yea so basically after days/weeks of me texting him and trying to get his attention and him not responding he finally texted out of the blue this long paragraph saying we should break up. I knew it was coming but I was trying to be optimistic abt the situation thinking he wanted space but I was wrong🤷🏾‍♀️
